What People Are Saying!

“I am only about 8 days into a wellness program with Diane and I am blown away! Not only did Diane take the time to assess my labs / meds / previous routine / past conditions, but she put me on a program that has given me some impressive results in a very short time. Last Tuesday I weighed in at 232lbs and today one week and one day later I weights in at 225lbs, and the best part is I feel fantastic. Can’t recommend her enough and I will update this review as I go along!

UPDATE: I am now down to 210 lbs PURELY on diet. My A1C and cholesterol levels have dropped considerably. It was ALL diet for me and best part, eat great, have my occasional “splurge”‘and know how to recover.

Another Update: “Diane's programs are a simple must for anyone who has any regard whatsoever for their personal well being. As a client of Diane's I not only saw an immediate improvement in my health, but it gave me hope that I can get back to a physical state that I thought was past, due to age and diagnosis.” —Ben, 58

“22.4 lbs since Monday 29th. Not having to take anything for inflammation since the 5th day. It took me about 4-5 days to start feeling different. But I’m so glad I did this. Losing weight is a bonus, the plus for me, I feel 20 again. No aches and pains, no Tylenol, no 800 ibuprofen or Aleve. When you feel bad enough you will take control of your life and change. I owe you.

34 lbs down so far. I’m not near as hungry as I used to be. My testosterone shot up! You are more than welcome to share anything I tell you.” -Shawn, 52

- James R., 62

“I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was bothered that most of my friends can eat whatever they want without worry. I thought it was all in my genes but Diane explained what my issue was and make it obvious what I had to do. She gave me and my mom a shopping list and counseling. The list made it so easy. It helped my family get healthier too.
