The R.E.A.L. Nutrition Approach IS a lifestyle.
This way of living helps our body get back into balance, better yet harmony, as nature intended. It doesn’t require superfoods or complicated recipes. It’s a way of living that, yes, includes dietary advice but also other aspects that our “nourishment” requires such as rest, enrichment, removal of harmful substances and healthy habit attainment and maintenance. The wonderful news is, the food recommendations actually set up a situation in the body that permits habit-change to occur easier than most other diets because it corrects the hormonal, enzymatic and mitochondrial systems of the body that the standard American (& now world) diet (S.A.D.) predisposes us to (heart disease, diabetes, cancer & more (chronic dis-ease).
The human body can heal most disease on its own when given the opportunity.
